What is the difference between Saxman Village and the Totem Bight?  Is it possible to just go to Saxman Village to view the totem poles and not the dancing?  We're trying to figure out a way to see the totems on top of wanting to do two other excursions.

Also, a suggestion if anyone at Carnival is listening....it would be nice to have those with excursion knowledge answering the phones at the shore excursion extension.  I called today and the guy could only answer what is already on line.

I went to Alaska in August of 1999 on Holland America.  I loved it.   Why not google Saxman Village and Totem Bight and see if you can find additional info on both there.  It won't tell you about the excursions but you ought to be able to find out what the difference between them is.    :-)

One day I am going back to Alaska and I want to see EVERYTHING.
