    Cruising in October

I will be cruising in October.  I usually cruise in August, needless to say, the weather is summer hot and I know how to dress.  Can anyone tell me whether or not they have done the 2 night Cruise To Nowhere on the Atlantic Ocean in October and how was the weather?

We've done the CTN last October sailing from Norfolk and the weather was absolutely wonderful.  It was very sunny and the daytime high was probably in the low 80s to upper 70s.  You could feel the temperature rising during breakfast on the Lido deck and the pool had a constant crowd by noon or so.  As the sun started to set, you could feel the temperature drop and would probably require a light to meduim weight jacket in the outside areas.  For me it was perfect.......not too hot and not too cold.  We are also doing repeat sailings this year from Norfolk. Have a nice cruise!

Thanx so much Kurious for the feedback.  Now I will know how to dress.  It will be my fiance's first cruise.  He's worried about getting seasick so I thought a short cruise to "break him in" might help his jitters.

I did the Cruise to Nowhere last October from Norfolk - the weather was nice at first on Saturday but by the time we sailed it was raining a little but the weather was still warm.  When we woke up Sunday morning the sun was shining and people were in the pool.  It was so great around 30 of us are going this October and will be celebrating several birthdays.
