We (Me, my husband and our 10-year-old son) will be on board the Pride for our first cruise on November 9. I am so excited! We will be the ones with the blinding pale skin and Vitamin D deficiency--as we did not get any sun this year in Juneau!! I am so looking forward to some sun and relaxation!!!
I am still planning shore excursions. So far, I have booked Las Caletas and snorkeling with the sea lions in PV, and Randi's Happy Horses on Stone Island in Mazatlan. We plan on doing the dolphin swim in Cabo. I'm sort of wavering on my PV plans--is Las Caletas too much of a tourist trap...? Does anyone have any other recommendations/tips for our first cruise and trip to the Mexican Riviera? My goal is to get as much beach and sun as we possibly can without getting sucked into every tourist trap. My son and husband would really like to ride some jet skis--which stop would be best for that?
Also, my birthday is on the 15th, so Ginny, maybe you and I can plan on doing shots together between 11:59 and 12:01 to celebrate our birthdays! Anyway, we are looking forward to it, and I would appreciate any tips anyone would like to give!
