We are looking at the Mayan Jeep Adventure and Beach Break in Progresso.  Has anyone been on this excursion?  I would love to know a little about the beach and how long it is going to take us to get there from the ship.

We are doing the Resort Beach Excurision in Progresso.  Friends did it last year and loved it! 

Can you tell me anything about the Resort Beach Excursion in Progresso, since you know someone that has done it? I just did the Deluxe Beach Break in Cozumel and it was good, but it would have been cheaper just to take a taxi there and pay the fee to enjoy their activites there.

The beach break that Carnival has in Progreso is at the Reef Club Beach Resort.  Auto Progreso does the EXACT same cruise for less.  Check it out at their website - www.autoprogreso.com.  You can book it when you get off the ship.  The vendor is right there as you exit the Duty Free shop at the pier.

FYI--We are leaving on Monday (Woo Hoo!!) on the Ecstasy.  We tried two weeks ago to get on the Jeep excursion & it was sold out.  Just to let you know--don't wait to reserve it!
