No.  Gotta disagree.  All you can eat king crab legs would be just plain torture!   LOL   Since moving to New England where you can get some of the best shellfish ever, I have developed an allergy to shellfish.   :o(

Man, I must have done something really awful to someone for karma like that...

Irishlizz, I would suggest drinking heavily on the cruise. It will help you forget the crablegs!!

I know that Carnival just upgraded one of there ships with a new Waterpark, It would be great to see all of the ships get the same type of upgrade. I think it will help out with brining in more families. I have heard Carnival be called the Party Cruise line, but once again I would like to say you make you Cruise.

Let me know what you think.

I recently read that If there is a party of 35 or more there is an available unlimited alcohol drink card at a high price. Anyone know what the Price is?

I hate being photographed all the time, especially the ones on formal night while you are having dinner. If you want a phot with all your tablemates then go pose for one of the portraits. My solution, I avoid having all those undesired photos taken that I won't purchase, I just tell the photographers "no thanks" with a smile and they will let you bypass the "welcome aboard", "welcome to wherever" type photos. No photos taken, no photos to throw out. Judy

Not that it matters but Carival is offering a few new things like Open Dinning from 530pm-930pm in Main Dining room on Legend starting on June 29th. Anyone know more about this please add some input.

Gosh!  I got the same notice.  I did Norwegian and did NOT like the open seating at ALL!

My letter did say that Carnival stll allowed you to keep your assigned seating  --Thank goodness!

I do hope that Carnival does not go the way of all Open Dining...

Re: If you could Change anything on the ship what would it be?

I think that is silly.  Carnival is saying 'Thank You' with the Gold & Platinum programs not for how many days we chose to cruise but for choosing to cruise Carnival over all the other cruise lines.

Carrie what are you talking about?

I am sure this is from an old post but, please include what your talking about Carrie? But i have to say that i would rather see them go by Days or a Combination of how many Cruises you take Vs how many days your on a ship.  Here is what i mean. If you take alot of 3-5 day cruises your going to be on the ships between 30-50 days to get the Platinum status, if you take the 6-8 cruises your going to be on ships you'll have to be on the ship 60-80 days to get it. And theres the Transatlantic 14-16 days. thats 140-160 if you only did those. So how fare is it for the guys taking the 3-5 day Cruises when some alot of Cruisers don't do the 3-5 day cruises.

If i could change it, I would make the minim 56 days, or a Combo of the two. If your a 3-5 day cruiser, you have to have at least one 7 or 8 day Cruise in your 10 Cruises or you can have the 56 days on the ships its up to you.
