Donatas is the Carnival Freedom's Housekeeping Manager, a duty roughly equivalent to running an entire hotel--at sea. He and his staff pride themselves on their excellent service and their neverending quest to continue improving. They cherish every little thing they can do to enhance their guests' experiences, from twice-daily stateroom cleanings to the custom towel animals they create as surprises. Video Interview - Youth Director aboard the Carnival Freedom

Crystal is a Youth Director who we interviewed aboard the Carnival Freedom. She clued us in to a lot of information, including registration info, activities for the kids, and even special events like slumber parties. There is definitely a lot for kids to do during their cruises, and Camp Carnival allows them to make friendships in the process. From what Crystal says, some of these friendships even continue back home after the cruise! A very special thanks to her for speaking with us... it was a hectic day and she still made the time. Video Interview - Maitre D' aboard the Carnival Freedom

Kenneth is the Maitre D' aboard the Carnival Freedom, and he is responsible for the dining experiences of thousands of guests every day. He oversees all the dining facilities, including the Lido restaurant, room service, and the Supper Club. We were able to chat with him before the day got too hectic, and he gave us a nice overview of his job and all the hard work it takes to provide high quality dining to Carnival's guests.
