Sameer is the Carnival Splendor's Chef de Cuisine. He oversees the food operations for the entire ship, from the crew mess halls to the Lido buffets, and all the way on up to the exclusive Pinnacle Steakhouse. Sameer tells us a little about his job, and gives a few helpful recommendations as to what to try why sailing aboard the Splendor.
