Donatas is the Carnival Freedom's Housekeeping Manager, a duty roughly equivalent to running an entire hotel--at sea. He and his staff pride themselves on their excellent service and their neverending quest to continue improving. They cherish every little thing they can do to enhance their guests' experiences, from twice-daily stateroom cleanings to the custom towel animals they create as surprises.
