Kenneth is the Maitre D' aboard the Carnival Freedom, and he is responsible for the dining experiences of thousands of guests every day. He oversees all the dining facilities, including the Lido restaurant, room service, and the Supper Club. We were able to chat with him before the day got too hectic, and he gave us a nice overview of his job and all the hard work it takes to provide high quality dining to Carnival's guests.
