I have tried many times to use BOOKCCL to book a passenger into my group.  Sometimes it will give me an error, but does not tell me how to FIX that error and what exactly is wrong.  It just says to call Carnival.  Then I have wasted all my time trying to book on line, which is what you are trying to get us to do.  Also, how can I pull up my actual group information on bookccl?  I cannot find any help on this.

Thank you so much for trying to improve your booking product for travel agents.
